Toronto cooking class has devised a methodology to walk students through the basics to a defined end result, being able to make a terrific 3 course meal in less than 20 minutes.
What you can expect to learn at Toronto Cooking Classes: Knife Skills and Vertical Veggies: Which is the best cut for proteins, starches, veggies and why? Learn how to debone various cuts of meat and vertically flavor veggies. The Farinaceous Four: Cooking with starch and carbohydrates is the cornerstone of many side and main dishes. Learn how to make gnocchi, pilaf, polenta, risotto and more. Meats, chicken and fish: Learn to fully debone chicken, butterfly legs of lamb and fillet whole fish.
Toronto cooking classes are 3 hour evening lessons from 6:30pm to 9:30pm Monday through Friday and cost $50 per session.
